I was up and ready for my bus at 8. As usual the bus was late so I enjoyed some WiFi and said some more farewells before it arrived. On the bus I met some friendly Canadians who helped pass the time with plenty of conversation.

At the border an Australian guy didn't have an entry stamp so he had to pay a 800q (100 usd) "fine". The shuttle driver wanted to leave him behind but fortunately we managed to sort it out and pay before we got on our way again.

In el Tunco we found Tunco Lodge and checked in. We then took a quick walk around (because it's that small) and grabbed a beer before returning to the hostel for a swim in the pool where we met some other guests.

We all went to get some pupuchas for dinner before heading to a bar to enjoy the night. It was nice to see how many locals were around mixing with the gringos. At the party I started dancing and met a local (Sandita) and her friends. We enjoyed the night of dancing and broken spanglish conversations before they called it a night and I followed some other new friends to a bonfire on the beach. We enjoyed a few beers here before calling it a night and heading to the hostel.
