I
was awake really early so got up and made some coffee and gave the kitchen a
good clean before the other guys went to get some bread and fruit for
breakfast.

I
then got going by watering some plants by bucket (I hope my green fingers are
better here) and then cleaned up the area a little. I then got to painting some
asbestos roof panels (they don't seem to be a problem here).

In
the afternoon we made our way to the Palmazul hotel to meet the film crew and
see where we could help. We ended up drinking some box wine on the beach before
switching to beer. We sat here chatting for most of the afternoon before the
crew needed an Ecuadorian cab driver. Pedro was as close to a local as we could
get so he jumped into Rocky and gave Ken and Kim a "lift" to the
hotel. For the rest of the shots we hung around offering to help where we could
but not really doing much.

After
they called it a wrap for the day we made our way to Meier's for pizza and
drinks. After a few beers and lots of waiting we enjoyed the pizza before we
headed to the hotel to enjoy some Jack on the rocks at the pool.

At
about 11 the crew retired so Joel and I made our way back to the cabaƱas where
we met up with the rest of the team and enjoyed some rum before calling it a
night.
