I
got up and made some eggs for breakfast (need to get back to the market) and
left to take a walk around town to look for a hostel to work at and also find
chicho to get some surfing lessons. I didn't have much interest for immediate
work but a few that may need someone after the weekend so going to keep
following up with them.
The
surf lesson was amazing. Was some basic theory to start but then went into the
water (very small waves) and stood up immediately and even managed to ride
along the wave a little. I will definitely be back in the morning to get
another lesson and maybe even try in the afternoon again.
After
my lesson I returned to the hostel to wish Ven for her birthday and chill a
little before making some dinner and chatting to the other residents.
