We
enjoyed some French toast at the hotel after a good sleep. I was excited to get
going as today was my turn to drive! We grabbed our bags and took a walk to the
car. I quickly dropped the roof and we were off. I drove down Duval Street to
have one last look before heading out of town.

We
drove back the same route (there is only one) and I didn't pay much attention
to the scenery. I was too captivated by the power and beauty at my disposal.
There weren't many places with a view to stop for a drink (or we just didn't
know where to go) but we found one on Islamorada. Here we enjoyed a local
draft, some calamari and some conch. The conch tasted very similar to perlemoen
but was very tough and neither of us enjoyed it much.

We
then got back into the car after Damien directing and filming me taking the top
down, start and revving (I just followed my cues and made sure Lina was in
neutral). Once the filming was over we got going and headed back to Miami
Beach. Again it was a pity that there was so much traffic but when we got some
space I did enjoy the acceleration! That grumble and roar are so much better
when in control.

Once
back at the hotel we had a few beers at the pool before heading off to my first
baseball game (Miami Marlins vs Washington Nationals). I didn't expect much as
I had the impression that it's a slow boring game but it was rather
entertaining. It did help having people around us who explained all the stats.
Being in the stands wasn't exactly what I expected as there were not as many
vendors as you see in the movies so we had to queue for beers and hot dogs.

After
the game we returned back to the hotel where we returned Lina (ouch) and
enjoyed some cigars and whisky at the pool before catching an hour sleep and
heading to the airport.
