We
had a slow start to the day with getting up at 10 and having some breakfast
before showering and getting ready for the day. Unfortunately the internet in
hostel was still not working so went walking to look for a cafe with wifi. We
found one around the corner and had some coffee, did some research on
Valparaíso and booked some accommodation. I also looked into Mendoza and busses
etc to plan my next moves.

We
unfortunately didn’t choose a coffee with legs but did see a few on the way but
they were all the everyday kind. We then took a walk to the metro and caught
tube to get a yellow fever vaccine for Rebecca so she can go to Bolivia. The
metro was clean n cheap so lots of locals using it even in mid afternoon.

After
Rebecca got her vaccine we jumped on the metro again to take a walk up San
Christobal Hill but got to the zoo (which was closed) and were told it was a
2hr walk so decided to go to our next hill called Santa Lucia Hill. From the
top of the hill we got some views overlooking the city and seeing the Andes in
the distance.

We
then took a walk and got some beer n wraps for dinner before making our way to
get some wine and whisky and returned to the hostel to enjoy the wine without
WiFi while overlooking Plaza de Armas.

Only
one more stop together in valparaiso before we part ways. It's been almost 3
weeks of laugh a minute travels and its going to be a hard goodbye
