I took an easy start to the day with planning my trip through Mexico a bit and updating some of my blog. I'm only just over 4 months behind now.

After the admin morning we made our way to Coyoacan to walk around the old neighborhood and grab some lunch. After we left the metro I didn't notice much difference but then we turned into a cobbled road and its appearance changed immediately. The buildings were colourful and had completely different architecture and feel from the rest of the city.

We made our way to the market for some seafood tacos before walking around some more. We went past the Frida museum which was closed and continued walking stopping for a churro and then made our way back to the main plaza for some beer. Where we watched all the tourists and locals pass by.

After the beer we took a walk around the area a bit more before finding another cervecería on the way to the metro so stopped in to enjoy a pint. When we did get to the metro it was peak hour and full of people. We squeezed into the train which only got busier as the journey went on. When we got to our stop we basically got pushed out of the train. We went back to Olivier's house so he could sort out some paperwork for his car which we hoping can be sorted before we leave to Monterrey in 2 days.

We made our way into Roma to grab some dinner and Evie joined us for some drinks. We got chatting and all of a sudden I was arranging to get a lift with her to San Luis Potosí early in the morning. I love how plans change and unexpected things happen and it’s all about just taking the opportunity when it shows up.

We then parted and I packed my bags before enjoying a beer with Olivier.
