We started the day slowly with some calls home and a hot
breakfast before catching a cab across the border and to our hotel.
We decided to splurge a little, it is Christmas after all,
and booked into the Sheraton and enjoyed a room with a falls view. We both just
walked into the room, dropped our bags, grabbed a beer and sat on the balcony
to enjoy the view. It was amazing and we immediately decided that we are
sleeping with the curtains open to enjoy that view at sunrise.
We decided to have a relaxing day at the pool so found an
umbrella and enjoyed some beers in the sun and the relaxing day (along with
some great views!) After a day in the sun under an umbrella I managed to become
a lobster again.
We decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel and enjoy a
good Argentinean steak and man was it good! From dinner we went to the bar
where we enjoyed some Johnny Blue and Black closing the bar and finishing off
with a beer on our balcony staring at the falls.
